Direct Mail 

We’ve noticed that Direct Mail is enjoying a bit of a resurgence of late, and in the face of a myriad of digital opportunities, it’s still a great way to get your brand noticed.  Our service features are as relevant to a single one-off campaign as they are to being part of a more complex on-going campaign involving telephone and email management support.

  • Consolidation of volume across our clients gives us the opportunity to buy bigger volumes which means great buying power (& competitively priced materials and postage).
  • We represent your brand and have a good appreciation of what looks good.  We can give you advice about different mailing carriers and demonstrate how samples can be packaged for safe delivery in the mail.
  • We operate a single fulfilment system.  This means that your stock and your customer record data is managed through the same system~ at any point you can see which stage each customer record is at.
  • We have in-house experience and a working knowledge of data management (we’re a registered Data Bureau).  We can pool and re-format data from several sources (obviously including digital media), cleanse and PAF validate to help minimise non-deliveries and maximise your postage budget.
  • If you’d like us to manage returns, we can receive them and cleanse your data for future mailings, helping to reduce wastage.
