2017 Review of the Year

We kick started 2017 with the appointment of a new MD-Marc Rigby.

Second month into the year and we supported NYX Professional Makeup with their first trade show of 2017 at Olympia London.

Managing logistics and stock we used our skills and experience in handling and fulfilment and created a highly efficient process whilst most importantly creating a fun and exciting stand atmosphere.

RCI operates the world’s largest holiday exchange programme, introducing the greatest flexibility and choice to timeshare owners. Owned by Wyndham Worldwide, RCI has 3.8 million members.

We took on the management and fulfilment of its membership packs (in multiple languages, and 300+ kit types across 1000+ components) across all its holiday brands.

In April we went live with our first cashback campaign with the truck division of Michelin Tyre Plc.

This programme helped Michelin sell additional tyre volume through their service providers. The fully digital platform has helped deliver a better (intuitive) customer experience, improved payment turnarounds and the time/process efficiencies of a fully auditable system for the client.

We launched a new brand identity following a full review of our previous branding. We undertook a number of internal workshops to help understand the critical components of our operation and define how we wants to be seen in the market.

Working with Boost Drinks we created an on bottle campaign “Release the Boost”. We worked hard with the Boost Drinks team to source the most appropriate prizes for Boost’s target audience. Fun-loving, savvy millennials, always looking for an experience.

Who says no to Mentos?

We didn’t when Mentos came to us in search of a company that was tech savvy, with in-house digital capabilities and experienced in reward sourcing. Who better to help than award winning specialists in on pack promotions?

CONQUERED GUNG HO!

What better way to raise money for Children in Need than tackling a 5k inflatable obstacle course! With the weather on our side, Pudsey outfits on and a huge amount of team spirit, we completed the course (not without any head first falls and bruises of course).

In September we were delighted to win GOLD at the IPM Cogs Awards for Direct Marketing and SILVER for our work within the Multi Territory category!

MORE good news for us as we were re-accredited for ISO Quality and ISO Environmental Management in October.

We take our accreditations and certifications incredibly seriously as they form an important framework to our business and demonstrate to the outside world our commitment to maintaining internationally recognised standards.

We’ve gained an additional warehouse next door to our main premises. It will give us additional production space and provide back up to our other warehouses allowing them to operate more efficiently and enables us to take on more clients.

Butcher’s Pet Care asked us to produce Christmas cans labelled with consumer’s dog’s name.

Offered through Facebook (exclusively) it was so popular that the limited 1,000 cans were snapped up within the SECOND hour!
